GROWTH MEANS GETTING
BETTER, NOT JUST BIGGER

More patients. More offices. More money coming in. When most people think of growth, that’s as far as it does. But what about more satisfaction? More peace of mind. More time to spend with friends, family and other pursuits you’re passionate about? True growth includes all of those things, and more. And since Jay Geier founded The Practice Growth Institute (formerly The Scheduling Institute) in 1997, it’s what we’ve endeavored to deliver to growth minded practitioners like you.

Our Philosophy

The Practice Growth Institute exists to help practitioners and practices reach their full potential—a “Category of One” practice with no equal in its market. This starts with an assessment of where you are, then gives you the freedom to maintain the clinical approach you feel is right for your patients while we teach you how to develop a growth mindset and help tailor the overall practice into a patient-centric business with an eye toward sustained success.

IMPACT

At The Practice Growth Institute, we believe that no practitioner should have to choose between a successful practice and a fulfilling life. Not when we have decades of evidence that it’s possible to have both. Our Impact Diagram illustrates the ways in which our approach will have an impact in your world so you can make the larger world better in the process.

Obstacles

The path to success is never completely smooth, but thanks to our decades of experience, we can help you spot the rough spots in the road. By identifying obstacles (like ineffective training, financial issues, low treatment compliance and lack of marketing) and helping you avoid them, The Practice Growth Institute can help you chart a faster, more certain route to reach your goals.
